Privacy Policy (B2B)

Last Updated: January 16, 2026

Influx Base is provided by THE AWAKENING BEGINS LLC (“The Awakening Begins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information when you interact with:

- our website at https://influxbase.com (the “Website”),

- our application at https://app.influxbase.com (the “App”),

- our support and communications channels, and

- any other services that reference this Policy (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

B2B only. The Platform is provided for business-to-business use only and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

1) White-Label Disclosure; HighLevel Processing

Influx Base is a white-labeled software platform powered by HighLevel (“GoHighLevel” / “GHL”). HighLevel provides core infrastructure and functionality used to deliver the Platform.

Because of this architecture: certain data you input into the Platform may be processed by HighLevel and other underlying providers as part of providing the Platform; and HighLevel’s privacy practices may also be relevant to your use of the Platform.

HighLevel’s Privacy Policy is available on HighLevel’s website at: https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy

You should review it in addition to this Policy.

2) Scope Note: End Users and Customer-Controlled Data (Processor Services)

Our customers (businesses) often use the Platform to store and process Personal Information about their own customers, leads, contacts, employees, and end users (“End Users”)—for example, to build websites/funnels, manage CRM workflows, schedule appointments, and send communications.

In those situations:

Our customer is typically the “controller” (or business that decides how and why End User data is used); and

We (and our underlying providers) typically act as a “processor/service provider” processing data on the customer’s instructions to provide Platform functionality.

If you are an End User of one of our customers, the customer’s privacy policy/notice governs how your information is collected and used in that customer relationship. If you want to exercise privacy rights regarding a customer’s End User data, you should contact that customer directly.

6.3 Legal, regulatory, and safety reasons

7) Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax/accounting records, dispute resolution, security).

Account data after termination: After cancellation/termination, we may retain Customer Data for up to 30 days to allow for reactivation and operational needs, after which we may delete it. You are responsible for exporting any data you need before cancellation/termination.

8) Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
